Jan Versteegh moderator at MOCE

After the success of the first edition last year at the Maritime & Offshore Career Event (MOCE), Community Square 'the place for a great conversation' is back on the exhibition floor. None other than Jan Versteegh, known from BNN and tv-shows such as 'Wie is de Mol?' is the moderator and will lead the conversation with professionals and visitors about subjects that will radically change the maritime and offshore industry.

The Community Square program revolves around transition in the maritime and offshore industries. This transition can be found in many ways. We've highlighted a few that concern your career:

Join the conversation
With his energetic, sometimes wilful and sharp humor, Jan Versteegh will converse with professionals, young professionals and students from the industry. Subjects such as the influence of the energy transition on you and your career, developments in the North Sea and chances in Offshore Wind are discussed. Jan Versteegh will also discuss new technologies with companies. What does emission-free and autonomous sailing or 3-D printing mean for shipowners, shipbuilders, suppliers and everyone that works in the sector? There is room for your opinion too. So take place on the terrace at Community Square and join the conversation.

Get inspired and test your knowledge
Besides the various talkshows, inspiring people are telling their story during the Inspirational Talks. Amongst others IRO board member Jan Willem van de Graaf will enter the stage. Finally, the visitors' knowledge is tested with the quiz 'Dit was het MaritiemNieuws.nl'. Do you think you know the latest news in the industry? We challenge you!
